Crystallization Process Development

BOC Sciences' crystallization teams are equipped with powder X-ray diffractometer (pXRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), polarized light microscopes (PLM), and particle size distribution analyzer (PSD) to support any crystallization process development

Solid State Development

Our solid state chemistry team is able to perform solid state chemistry studies to understand and control the physical properties of the target APIs. Our capabilities include performing salt screening to enhance our in-depth understanding of APIs, and we support high-throughput methods to ensure that a wide range of antagonists and solvents are studied. In addition, we can perform detailed solubility testing to properly select salts for subsequent studies, and BOC Sciences supports polymorph screening to generate a detailed morphology profiles. To ensure that the selected salt and morphology can be generated reproducibly, we have designed a complete crystallization development process
